As we begin planning for the upcoming school year, we kindly ask you to complete our Enrolment Intentions Form online. 

Having accurate enrolment information helps us plan staffing, classroom organization, and resources to best support our students. We recognize plans may not be finalized, but we ask you to complete the form based on current information.   

If your child is moving on to a grade our school does not offer, the form will ask you if you are planning on attending your designated school for next year. We will inform your designated school of your intentions. If your child has been offered placement in a different CBE school for next year, we are already aware of this and their next year enrollment has been updated. 

The Enrollment Intentions form is completed in SchoolEngage. SchoolEngage is one of the applications found in your MyCBE account. This is the same account you use to pay fees, view academic information, book school conferences, etc. 
 
If you do not have a MyCBE account, on the MyCBE page click on Create a MyCBE 
Account. For online help, refer to MyCBE - Creating an Account (includes instructions and a video). To complete the Enrolment Intentions Form: 

1 | sign in to your MyCBE account 

2 | click on the SchoolEngage icon 

3 | select the Enrolment Intentions form 

4 | complete the form (if your address has changed, you will be prompted to complete a new Demographic Verification Form; please do this as soon as possible) 

5 | click on Submit to send the form electronically to the school
