Volunteer Clearance 

As spring arrives, we are beginning to plan field trips. If you do not yet have your volunteer clearance, you can now register to volunteer and request your police clearance application letter through your MyCBE Account. Just click on the “School Engage” tab and select “Volunteer Registration”. The process of getting clearance takes 8-10 weeks, so please apply early. Field trips are an amazing opportunity for our students, but we can only go with enough volunteers! 

Parent/Teacher Conferences 

Today we had our first round of March parent/teacher conferences, with the other round next week. Please make sure you’re booking a time through your MyCBE Account to come talk to your child’s teacher. If you’re having trouble booking your child’s conference for March 8 (or March 15 for grade 4), please contact the office for assistance. The latest these can be arranged is the day before.
