Alien In-Line Residency June 8-19

On Thursday, families received email messages sharing the upcoming schedule for each individual class's Alien In-Line Skating over the next two weeks. In order to participate, students will need to have returned their Acknowledgement of Risk form, and to be wearing socks. If your child has a bicycle helmet, they are welcome to bring this in order to get ready faster during their skating times. Each class will have three sessions.

Big thanks to Marlborough School Council and Parents' Society for supporting this residency. Council and Society cover the cost of this activity so that families do not have to pay a fee for their children to participate.

If you have opted in to receive school texts, you will receive morning-of text reminders when it is your child's day to skate. This way they can remember to bring/wear socks (mandatory) and helmets (optional).

School Bus Registration

Application for School Bus service is now available in your MyCBE/PowerSchool account for 2026-27. If your child is bus eligible, it is important to complete this before June 13 so that your child will be able to start riding the bus right away in September. For more information about this, you can read the article on our website.

Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth (CBFY) Programs

CBFY has asked that we share information about their low-cost summer camps for students in grades 1-6. We have linked the flyers for their summer programs on our website. Bridge Summer Camp is geared toward students in grades 1-9, while WIN/NOW is for students in grades 6-11.
