On Monday, December 8 at 6:00pm at the school, the Marlborough School Council/Parents' Society will hold an Annual General Meeting.

Voting

There are a number of vacant positions currently on council. Parents/guardians of Marlborough School students who attend will be able to be nominated for positions and vote for candidates. More information about these positions can be found in our bylaws.

Proposed Bylaw Change

Marlborough School Council and Marlborough Parents' Society's current bylaws indicate that the first meeting of the year will take place in the first 20 days of school and the Annual General Meeting will happen in the month of October. Due to a lack of attendance at the October meeting compared with the initial meeting in September, a bylaw change has been proposed where the Annual General Meeting would happen in the first 20 days of school. To get notice to everyone, it would have to be announced in June. Please come to the meeting to have your voice heard on this issue.
